Beta Cross Limit Switch: BET002 – BET006 – BET016The new designed cross limit switch Beta is based on long-term experience in the crane and hoist market. Beside our two metal housing limit switches series Alpha and Lambda we decided to create series Beta, which is made of fiber-reinforced thermoplastic material and offers the same robustness and in addition to that many new ideas for improvement. Inside we are able to mount 2 x 1NO+1NC contacts or 4 x 1NC contacts. All NC contacts are positive opening, slow action type which can be used for all safety applications. With these contact configurations we can offer following standard switching configurations:

• Trolley Drive: stop function in 2 directions with 2 contacts (1NO+1NC each) Series Beta CROSS LIMIT SWITCH
• Crane Drive: slow down and stop function in 2 directions with 4 NC contacts
• Beside all standard configurations customized switching profiles can be created according to your requirements.

The thermoplastic material offers full protection against oil and gas. The position limit switch offers a wide range of -40°C up to +80°C for operational temperature and can be protected up to IP67. For easy installation and wiring all contacts are clearly marked and the zero position of the limit switch is visualized by a red painted cross bar and also a zero marking on the bar fastener plate for error prevention during mounting.
